International critics have watched The Social Reckoning, set for a theatrical release on 9th October, and have praised not only the director and the script but also the cast and the stellar performance. Directed and written by Aaron Sorkin and produced along with Todd Black and Peter Rice, the film brings together a stellar cast featuring Jeremy Strong, Jeremy Allen White and Mikey Madison. While the trailer reveals that the film is based on the events that gave rise to the Wall Street Journal’s shocking 2021 investigative series, ‘The Facebook Files’. Critics are calling the film “horrifying retelling of Facebook”.
