Abhishek Banerjee Steps Into His Next Chapter, Bids Farewell to Casting Director Role at Casting Bay to Focus Full-Time on Acting!

Actor Abhishek Banerjee is embarking on a fresh journey as he transitions away from Casting Bay, the casting agency he co-established alongside Anmol Ahuja back in 2017. Penning a heartfelt message on social media, the actor reflected on their shared achievements and shared his enthusiasm for dedicating his focus entirely to acting and new professional endeavors. As he thoughtfully put it, “Sometimes moving forward doesn’t mean leaving something behind.”

Explaining his retirement as the Casting Director, he says, “Casting Bay was created by two friends with a shared vision and love for the craft. Over time, as life and professional journeys evolved, their paths naturally took different directions. Abhishek has now retired from Casting Bay and continues with his acting career and other professional pursuits.”

Co-founder Anmol Ahuja continues to lead and build Casting Bay, as the two have been doing for the past few years. “Abhishek and Anmol remain proud of what they created together, grateful for the journey they shared, and wish each other nothing but the very best for the road ahead,” the post adds and concludes with, “It simply means being grateful for the road you travelled together and excited about the roads that now lie ahead.”
