The Bulgari global brand ambassador wore a magnificent Bulgari High Jewellery platinum necklace featuring the astounding 11.6-carat Bulgari Laguna Blue Diamond at the centre of the necklace.
Chopra Jonas’s necklace is one of the most dazzling and valuable high jewellery pieces to have appeared at the Met Gala. Initially mounted by Bulgari as a ring in 1970, the fancy vivid blue diamond is the largest and rarest Bulgari blue diamond, which will be offered for sale and with an estimate by Sotheby’s Geneva in excess of $25 million (over ₹200 crore) later this month.
Chopra Jonas is the only Indian actor who has had the privilege of carrying the Bulgari Laguna Blu, a legacy that has been interwoven with Hollywood glamour since the 1950s, to one of the most celebrated fashion nights in the world.
