Veteran actor Anupam Kher has carved a niche for himself globally, from delivering amazing performances in Bollywood to working in several renowned projects from the west. This Global actor celebrated his 65th birthday in New York. He kickstarted the new year by going for a luncheon with good friend Robert De Niro. While De Niro is a dear friend of Anupam, the two have seemed to make this birthday lunch a ritual every year. Last year too Robert had organized lunch for Anupam on his birthday and this year too both the friends were seen dining out on the special day. Talking about this Anupam sais “This is the third year in a row that we have met over lunch for my birthday, it was gracious enough for Mr De Niro to accept my lunch invitation. Nothing can be more magical for an actor than to be able to spend quality time on your birthday with the God of Acting.” Talking about what other things he usually likes to do on his birthday, the legendary actor says, “Usually, I spend the day with children affected with Cancer.
