Cancer Survivor Rozlyn Khan Makes Explosive Allegations Against Supreme Court Justices Amid Ongoing Legal Battle!
Actress and stage 4 cancer survivor Rozlyn Khan has made a series of explosive allegations surrounding her ongoing legal battle, claiming that the pressure of the proceedings and the ₹5 lakh cost imposed by the Supreme Court have added to the distress she is already facing while undergoing medical treatment.
In a strongly worded statement, Rozlyn has specifically named Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta while alleging that she has been subjected to harassment and pressure over the money ordered by the Court. Her allegations come amid the Supreme Court proceedings in her long-running dispute with advocate Rizwan Siddiquee.
The Supreme Court recently imposed costs of ₹5 lakh each on Rozlyn Khan and Siddiquee, directing that the amounts be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee. Court reporting states that the matter had remained in litigation for more than 11 years.
Rozlyn, however, says the legal battle has become deeply personal for her, particularly as she continues to deal with her cancer treatment.
“If anything happens to me, Supreme Court will be responsible. They have been torturing me for ₹5 lakh. Fine, I have been taking my treatment, but there is absolutely no empathy. I am fighting cancer and simultaneously fighting a legal battle. Instead of understanding what I am going through, I feel I am being continuously pressured,” Rozlyn alleged.
She further claimed that people connected with the proceedings have been coming to Kokilaben Hospital and allegedly harassing her over the money. She also made the particularly serious allegation that her cancer has been treated with suspicion.
“They have gone to an extent where they feel I am faking my cancer. Can you imagine what a cancer patient goes through when, instead of empathy, she feels that her illness itself is being questioned?” Rozlyn said.
In her most emotional statement, Rozlyn said that she wanted Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta to be held responsible if anything happened to her, while making clear that these were her personal allegations and concerns arising from the situation.
“I am saying this openly because I don’t want anybody to later say that nobody knew what I was going through. If I commit suicide or if something happens to me, I will hold Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta responsible. I am already battling for my life and I don’t understand why I should have to fight this kind of pressure at the same time,” she alleged.
The legal proceedings themselves have been documented by multiple legal-news reports. The Supreme Court case concerns Rozlyn’s complaint against her former advocate and the subsequent cross-appeals. The Court criticised the conduct of both sides and imposed ₹5 lakh costs on each party. (Live Law)
A June 2026 report had earlier said that Rozlyn appeared before the Supreme Court as a party-in-person and argued her case herself. It reported that the matter was heard by a bench comprising Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta and that the judgment had been reserved at that stage. (Tripura Star News)
Rozlyn’s latest allegations now bring her health, legal battle and concerns about the financial penalty into the public spotlight.
“I have survived stage 4 cancer. I know what it means to fight for every single day of your life. I am not asking for sympathy. I am asking for humanity. Before judging me, before assuming that I am faking my illness, please remember that there is a human being and a cancer patient behind this legal case,” she said.
The allegations made by Rozlyn have not been established as findings against the named judges or the Supreme Court, and the publicly reported court proceedings document the ₹5 lakh costs order rather than a finding that the judges personally harassed her.
She also has added on her Instagram stating “Are you forcing me to commit suicide wat else can i do mental stress has taken my life and everything on a toll Supreme Court and corrupt judges you all are responsible for my health … If anything happens to me pls put them behind the bars”
