Era Joshi: From Academic Excellence to Theatre Brilliance!

Born on March 13, 1993, in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Era Joshi has carved a unique path by excelling in academics, sports, modelling, and acting. She completed her schooling at Sophia Senior Secondary School, Ajmer, graduated from Sophia Girls College, earned a postgraduate degree from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer, and later completed her MBA from ICFAI University, Tripura, graduating with distinction.

A talented sportsperson during her school and college years, Era represented badminton at the state level. However, a serious ankle injury following a road accident forced her to give up competitive sports. What initially seemed like a setback became the turning point that led her towards acting.

With over five years of theatre experience, Era has established herself as a versatile stage performer. She gained recognition for portraying male lead characters in three consecutive plays during college. While these performances led to misconceptions about her personal life, Era has always maintained that an actor’s identity should never be confused with the characters they portray.

Apart from theatre, Era has built a successful career in modelling through creative photoshoots and artistic concepts. She was honoured with the Best Model of the Year 2024 award at the Forever Star India Awards and has also featured in international publications.

A passionate dancer and performer, Era continues to expand her artistic horizons. She is now reportedly in discussions for multiple Hollywood projects, signalling an exciting new phase in her career.
