Integrow Asset Management, an alternate investment management company, in collaboration with K West Ward, #BMC along with Assistant Commissioner #ShriVishvasMote launched the Juhu Traffic Island Beautification project in a bid to transform the city in a sustainable manner. As a part of the ‘Adopt A Fallen Tree Pit’ and ‘Make Earth Green Again (MEGA)’ initiative that looks at restoring and beautifying our civic spaces, which were affected by the cyclone Tauktae, this is an essential step in that same direction. The event saw in attendance actor Anupam Bhattacharya, Anish Makwani – Local Councillor, Ramashray Yadav of Intergrow Asset Management, Ramesh Jain of Rishabh World, Vishvas Mote – Assistant Commissioner MCGM K West Ward, architect Niket Deshpande, Shaan Lalwani of Vriksha Nursery, Dr.Anusha Srinivasan Iyer of Make Earth Green Again MEGA Foundation, Yogendra Kachhawa – Nodal Officer of Adopt A Fallen Tree Pit Campaign.

The impressionable Juhu Traffic Island mural, which bears the words ‘Art’, ‘Work’ and ‘Life’, reflects the philosophy that not only resonates with Integrow as a brand, but also mirrors the character of Mumbai and its people. Located at the prominent place Juhu Chowpatty, Mumbai’s iconic landmark, the mural has been restored using Corten Steel and Zinc and is surrounded by lush green plants. The overarching theme reflects the fact that one should aspire to find the right balance in their pursuit of happiness and success with integrity, transparency, and assured growth. Interestingly, this transformative characteristic is also reflected in Integrow’s Art Deco building located at Parel, which also recently underwent a complete revamp. The process not only helped impact the building that was revamped, but has ‘Restored’ the landscape of the surrounding peripheral area and has brought about a positive civic change. The locality has just witnessed an impressive transformation, thanks to the collective expertise of the team at Integrow Asset Management.

While inaugurating the Juhu Traffic Island Beautification project, Assistant Municipal Commissioner K-West Ward Mr. Vishvas Mote said, “Once again, I am delighted to be part of this venture in contributing to the environment. Our ward has put in a lot of effort to regain nature’s beauty, post the recent cyclone that hit our beautiful city. Rebuilding Mumbai’s green cover is definitely going to transform the island and make it a better place. Our contribution will go a long way in helping Mother Nature.”

Talking about the initiative, Mr Ramashray Yadav, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Integrow Asset Management said, “We find a great opportunity to bring our focus on sustainability to bring transformative change using restoration. With this in mind and with our collaboration with the K West Ward, is going to bring in a positive transformation to Mumbai’s spaces. Even our very own Art Deco building in the Island City of Mumbai, is one of the greatest examples of restoration with sustainability at the heart of it all.”
