Kubbra Sait Conquers Her First Via Ferrata Summit on Her Period, Encourages Fans to “Do the Hard Thing”!
Actor, author and adventurer Kubbra Sait has never been one to shy away from pushing her limits, and her latest achievement is proof of exactly that. The ‘Sacred Games’ and ‘Farzi’ actor recently completed her first-ever Via Ferrata summit while on her period, sharing a deeply personal reflection about resilience, adaptability and the incredible strength of the human body.
Posting pictures from the challenging climb, Kubbra opened up about the experience, admitting that while the physical feat was demanding, it also became a powerful reminder of what the body is capable of, even during moments when many would choose to slow down.
Reflecting on the climb, Kubbra wrote that the experience taught her one simple yet profound lesson: “Trust your feet.” She explained that while people often spend time talking about change, preparing for it and trying to understand it, real transformation only happens when they step into unfamiliar territory and take on difficult challenges.
The actor also spoke about her growing appreciation for choosing certain hardships voluntarily. According to Kubbra, life inevitably throws unexpected challenges at everyone, often without warning. Taking on difficult experiences by choice, she believes, helps build the emotional and mental resilience needed to navigate life’s uncertainties.
Adding perspective to the achievement, Kubbra revealed that her 69-year-old mountain guide has been climbing for over four decades and that even young children have successfully completed the route before. The realization reminded her that fear is often larger than the obstacle itself.
Her candid post resonated with many women, especially as it challenged the notion that menstruation must always be a limitation. Instead, Kubbra’s experience celebrated the body’s ability to adapt, endure and rise to the occasion.
Ending her reflection on an uplifting note, Kubbra encouraged people to embrace challenges rather than avoid them. Her message was simple yet powerful: climb the mountain, trust your feet and do the hard thing—you may discover a version of yourself you never knew existed.
