#PrithvirajSukumaran and #LycaProductions join forces for the highly anticipated sequel of ’#Lucifer’ titled ‘#L2Empuraan’ starring #Mohanlal.
Being touted as one of the biggest Malayalam films in the making, acclaimed actor-filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumaran’s highly anticipated directorial ‘L2: Empuraan’ has been making headlines for a while now. Sequel to Prithviraj Sukumaran’s directorial debut, ‘Lucifer,’ starring cinema icon Mohanlal, ‘L2: Empuraan’ was officially announced in August 2022. The film turned out to be a big hit and became Mohanlal’s highest-grossing film.
Having recovered from his knee injury after a three-month-long hiatus, Prithviraj Sukumaran is all geared up to kickstart the shoot of ‘L2E – Empuraan’ from 5th October. With expectations from the film soaring high, it would indeed be exciting to learn all the new updates from the makers of the film.
Finally, announcing the big update about the highly awaited film, director Prithviraj Sukumaran took to social media and shared that ‘L2E – Empuraan’ is going on floors from October with its first official schedule. The actor-filmmaker also welcomed on board Lyca Productions as they mark their debut in the Malayalam cinema with this magnum opus. Lyca Productions is the label behind some of the biggest films including ‘Ponniyin Selvan: I and Ponniyin Selvan: II’, the upcoming action drama ‘Indian 2’ and the newly released ‘Chandramukhi 2’ amongst others.
