Malayalam Artist Unni Mukundan Voices He-Man!

He-Man and The Masters of the Universe will release in India on 5 June 2026 in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. While the English trailer has delighted longtime He-Man fans with a glimpse of Eternia, the newly released Malayalam trailer has generated strong excitement among Malayalam-speaking audiences.

Leading the Malayalam dubbing cast is Unni Mukundan (Marco), who takes on the voice of the legendary hero He-Man. Adithya Menon, known for memorable villain roles across South Indian cinema, voices Skeletor in the Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu versions. Harish Uthaman—recognized for commanding turns in Thani Oruvan, Kaithi, Vikram, and Bheeshma Parvam—gives voice to Duncan.

The regional cast brings together some of Malayalam cinema’s most distinctive voices, adding scale, intensity, and emotional weight to the film’s world. Their star power and fan followings are expected to boost interest in the regional releases.

Produced by Amazon MGM Studios and directed by Travis Knight, the movie stars Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Adam, Camila Mendes as Teela, and Jared Leto as Skeletor, with Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms. The ensemble also includes Alison Brie, Morena Baccarin, and Kristen Wiig in the voice cast for Roboto. The film aims to reintroduce one of pop culture’s most iconic fantasy universes to a new generation.

Sony Pictures Releasing International will release He-Man and The Masters of the Universe in Indian theatres on 5 June 2026 in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
