Trailer of #NikhilLanjekar’s much awaited ‘#Sapala’, featuring #ChinmayMandalekar, #SameerDharmadhikari, #DiptiKetkar, #NehaJoshi was unveiled recently at #PlazaCinema amid the presence of producers, director, actors and crew members.
After an overwhelming response to the poster and teaser released last month, Producers Raajwarasa Productions and Mulakshar Productions and Presenter Everest Entertainment unveiled Trailer of their film ‘Sapala’.
Two writers, a workshop, blood stains and their smell, scary faces, and a dug-up grave are things that are either heard or seen on the screen in the trailer. The audience can easily make out about the plot. Classy acting by the actors and the meaningful song that plays in the background reaffirms the quality of the production of ‘Sapala’.
‘Sapala’ features leading and talented actors Chinmay Mandalekar, Sameer Dharmadhikari, Dipti Ketkar, Neha Joshi Nakshtra medhekar and Sunil jhadhav among others. Directed by Nikhil Lanjekar, the story of the film is based on a classic literary piece by noted Marathi author Shrinivas Bhanage. Screenplay and dialogues are penned by Shrinivas Bhanage. ‘Sapala’ has been produced by Pradyot Prashant Pendharkar, Anil Narayanrao Warkhade, Digpal Lanjekar and Chinmay Mandalekar. All of them were present on the occasion of the release of the trailer on Friday.
While speaking about the production of the film, Lanjekar said, “I have always been captivated by the allure of suspense stories, as this genre skilfully entangles audiences in the art of storytelling. In my pursuit of a narrative to showcase as a filmmaker, I stumbled upon a gem – an age-old, Superhit Marathi drama script penned by the esteemed writer, Mr. Shrinivas Bhange. The sheer vastness of our Marathi literature left me pleasantly surprised, compelling me irresistibly to bring this tale to the big screen, leveraging today’s technology.”
