Working out is an important aspect of each actor and actress as it helps them look their best on screen. This is no exception to lead actor #AashishBharadwaj, as in spite of shooting sometimes for more than 16 hours, he doesn’t miss out on his workout session. As the recent sequence in the serial expects the actor to do some action scenes fighting with the villain, the actor managed to do the entire scenes by himself without a stunt double.

When asked, Actor Aashish Bharadwaj about his current workout routine, he mentioned, “I have been working out even before I started my journey as an actor. It is the only way which helped me feel centered. Now that I’m working on Mithai, my intricate workout routine seems to have helped me a lot. I don’t do anything different, just like others I focus on my cardio, legs, biceps and functional training exercises, but I make sure that I do it with complete dedication and that has helped me ace all the moves required by the stunt director for the serial”.

When asked about what advice he would give to the youth who are just starting their workout journey, he briefly mentioned that “When you decide to workout, you need to make full commitment towards yourself and only then you will be able to see the desired results. Getting fit is a process and this required discipline not only in the gym but also in your diet. Once you adhere to this strict regime, you will certainly achieve your goals.”
