‘Peddi’ Trailer to be Unveiled on May 18!
Ram Charan’s Peddi has emerged as one of the biggest upcoming Indian films ever since its announcement, creating tremendous buzz across the country. After massive anticipation for the trailer, the makers of Peddi officially announced that the much-awaited trailer will release on May 18. Sharing the update on social media, they unveiled a striking new poster featuring Ram Charan in a rustic villager avatar, walking across a railway track with luggage in his hands, adding more intrigue and curiosity around the film.

Even before its grand release, Peddi has already begun rewriting records and creating a storm globally. The film recently achieved a historic milestone in North America as advance bookings opened to an extraordinary response, crossing the $100K mark within just four hours. The phenomenal feat reflects the immense anticipation surrounding the film across international markets and further cements its status as one of the most-awaited Indian films in recent times.
Adding to the growing excitement, acclaimed filmmaker Sukumar recently visited the sets of Peddi, where he reportedly watched portions of the film and spent time with Ram Charan and director Buchi Babu Sana. Sukumar was said to be highly impressed with the film’s vision. Every asset unveiled so far has generated massive traction online and struck a strong chord with audiences.
From Ram Charan’s breathtaking dual transformations, first as a rugged village cricketer and later as the intense Peddi Pehlwan, fans have been left stunned by the film’s scale and raw energy. The music has also played a huge role in elevating the hype, with A. R. Rahman’s “Chikiri Chikiri” surpassing 200 million views across platforms, while “Rai Rai Raa Raa” has crossed over 66 million views on YouTube. With every update sparking tremendous buzz, Peddi is rapidly emerging as one of Indian cinema’s biggest upcoming spectacles.
Written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi stars Ram Charan in the titular role alongside Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under his banner Vriddhi Cinemas, in collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers, the film continues to build massive anticipation across audiences. Peddi will be released in North India by Jio Studios following the grand success of Dhurandhar and Raja Shivaji.
The film will have its premiere across the world on June 3, 2026, followed by its worldwide theatrical release on June 4, 2026.
