Ranveer Brar’s ‘Yess Chef!’ Soars Past 700K Views in 24 Hours, Blending Culinary Trivia and Star Banter on YouTube

Renowned chef and host Ranveer Brar’s latest YouTube series, #YessChef!, has surged past 700,000 views within just 24 hours of launching its debut episode.

Built around food trivia, quick-fire questions, competition and plenty of banter, Yess Chef! takes food knowledge out of the kitchen and turns it into entertainment. At its heart is a simple idea: make knowing about food as much fun as eating it.

Speaking about the idea behind the show, Ranveer Brar says, “We brag about our cricket knowledge. We flex our Bollywood knowledge. So why not food? There’s so much about our food, its stories, ingredients, history and quirks, that we should know and be proud of knowing. With Yess Chef!, the idea is to make food knowledge cool, to give it that same bragging value. I want people to be able to flex their food knowledge.”

The opening episode brought together Zakir Khan and Zeeshan Khan vs Aparshakti Khurana and Angad Bedi and, true to its title, delivered “4 bhai, chaaron tabahi.” What followed was a mix of food knowledge, friendly rivalry, unexpected revelations and some extremely confident answers.

The food face-offs continue with a line-up of familiar faces including Farah Khan, Tejasswi Prakash, Karan Kundrra, Munawar Faruqui, Bharti Singh, Jamie Lever, Kiku Sharda, Gaurav Gera, Viraj Ghelani, Archana Puran Singh, Parmeet Sethi, Mr Faisu, Abhishek Malhan and Rannvijay Singha, among others.
