#SonyEntertainmentTelevisions’ #familydrama ‘#Appnapan…BadalteRishtonKaBandhan’ has tugged the viewers hearts with its narrative that gives a fresh perspective on ‘second chances’ while shedding light on the dilemma and complexities in relationships. Starring #CezanneKhan and #RajshreeThakur, the show delves into the lives of an estranged couple, now single parents who are facing their own challenges of parenting owing to their past, and how they pave their way to make their family complete. The constant tussle whether it’s between #Pallavi and #Nikhil or between the parents and their kids has not only amped up the drama in the show but has piqued the interest of the audience also.

While on-screen there are a lot of ebbs and flows in the relationships between Pallavi and Nikhil’s kids, but in real life the actors #KeshavMehta, #MehakGhai, #ShradhaTripathi, #GautamAhuja and #AnmolKajani, who play the role of #Harsh, #Manna, #Barkha, #Gagan and #Badal share a great rapport with each other. And, this strong chemistry between all of them has translated beautifully on-screen. As monsoon season is here, it’s raining fun on Appnapan sets as amidst the busy shoot schedule, the actors take out time to enjoy the rains together. Be it gorging on hot pakoras and chai to reliving your childhood while getting drenched in the rain, the actors are surely having a gala time.

Talking about behind the scene fun during monsoons, actor Anmol Kajani who plays the role of Badal said, “Appnapan feels like home to me because all of us have grown so fond of each other; it’s actually like one big family. We eat together, prank each other, chit-chat over chai, play games etc – Everyday there is something new and fun to look forward to. And, the rains have made in more fun for us. There are times when in between shoots Cezanne sir might order some pakodas and chai for everyone or Rajshree ma’am will give us her homemade coffee with some cookies and we all sit around and chat while watching the rain from inside our vanity vans, just like how families come together when enjoying monsoons. Sometimes the whole “baccha party”, Keshav, Mehak, Shradha, Gautam and I take a trip to Carter Road to enjoy bhuttas or Marine Drive to enjoy some lime tea, even Bachelor’s for some sandwiches and milkshakes. Truly, my fellow actors are like my second family now, and the monsoon season further helped in breaking the ice between us and brought us close as we enjoy these fun moments.”

In the current narrative, Pallavi is at peace as all of her children now seem to be in good relations with her, but is this only a sign that something wicked lurks in the corner?

Tune into ‘Appnapan… Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan’, every Monday to Friday at 10 pm on Sony Entertainment Television.
