With ‘Dwidha’, Nimish Kulkarni Debuts Marathi Silver Screen!
Actor #NimishKulkarni, who became a household name through the immensely popular television show Maharashtrachi Hasyajatra, has carved a special place in the hearts of audiences with his effortless performances and impeccable comic timing. Following his acclaimed performance in the Marathi play Murderwale Kulkarni and his appearance in the Hindi film Agni, Nimish is currently winning hearts with his role in the television series Sanai Choughade. He is now all set to make his Marathi film debut with the upcoming emotional drama Dwidha, which is scheduled to release on 21st August.
In Dwidha, Nimish essays the role of Aditya (Adi), a kind-hearted, understanding, and dependable young man who serves as the emotional anchor of his family. Adi is Shravani’s cousin, and having grown up together, they share a deep bond built on love, trust, and countless cherished memories. Unlike others, Adi is not someone who speaks much, but his remarkable sensitivity allows him to understand emotions that often remain unspoken. Through his character, the film beautifully conveys that sometimes the greatest support lies not in grand words, but in silently standing beside the people we love.

The film is written and directed by Nilesh Bhaskar Naik and produced by Vidula Ramesh Aajgaonkar. The ensemble cast includes Satish Pulekar, Mansi Kulkarni, Renuka Daftardar, Aastad Kale, Tanvi Kulkarni, Pushkar Sarad, Manoj Kolhatkar, Bhushan Kadu, Prafull Sawant, Hemangi Velankar, and Ovi Tanawade in pivotal roles.
