Since last year the corona pandemic has created havoc in every walk of life. Even entertainment industry is hugely affected as most of the time in the last one and the half year it was shut down. Though shoots have commenced of various films the theatres are still shut in a few states of our nation. With the second wave of corona the theatres in Maharashtra were once again shut down indefinitely. Now since the threat of corona is on the decline, the Hon Chief Minister of Maharashtra has given some respite to the film world by announcing opening of the theatres in Maharashtra in the last week of this month.
Obviously there was elation in the production houses as many films are ready for release and Mumbai being the most important territory, most of the film makers were reluctant to release their films in other states. ‘Babloo Bachelor’ is one film which was to release last year but the onset of Covid 19 it’s release had to be postponed as theatres were shut down. When the cases of corona were on the wane at the beginning of this year the makers of Babloo Bachelor had announced it’s release on 16th April, but once again due to the second wave of corona, the same was postponed indefinitely. But now with the theatres gearing up to open in Maharashtra, including Mumbai, Babloo Bbachelor has decided to visit theatres from 22nd October, 21 onwards.
Under the banner of Rafat films, Babloo Bachelor is produced by Ajay Rajwani and directed by Agnidev Chatterjee. Story Screenplay and Dialogue are written by Saurabh Pandey. Jeet Ganguli has composed music on the lyrics of Kumar, Rashmi Virag and Ashish Pandey. Arjit Singh and Pappon have lent voices. Director Agnidev Chatterjee is also the cinematographer of the film. Editor is Parth Y Bhatt and Choreographers are Saroj Khan, Kunjan Jani, Ranju Varghis and Savio Branes. Sharman Joshi, Tejasree Pradhan, Pooja Chopra, Rajesh Sharma, Leena Prabhu and Neeraj Khetripal are handling the acting department.
