Predictable!
Bhoomi (Aditi Rao Hydari) is raped brutally. Her father Arun Sachdeva (Sanjay Dutt) – who sells shoes in his store in the city, when he is not drinking with his whiskey-buddy Taj (Shekhar Suman), who is a tour guide. Bhoomi gets rejected by her groom (Sidhant) and also denied justice in court for lack of evidence. The father breaks down and decides to take law into his hands .
PLUS POINTS
Sanjay Dutt has worked hard on his characterization as the father. Aditi Hydari Rao is passable but Shekhar Suman has been wasted in a half-baked role.
MINUS POINT
The film has an obsolete plot which we have seen time and again in women oriented films.At a time when a Pink lifts up your spirits with its positive approach while telling the story of women in distress, a film like this comes as a damp squib.
VERDICT
The film is predictable and has hardly anything new by way of its plot and hence can be skipped easily.
