The Plot
Fanney Khan will bring back Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai after the duo shared a camaraderie in Taal. A one of its kind musical comedy, Fanney Khan is a story about a father who wishes to fulfill the dream of his daughter who is an aspirational singer. Aishwarya plays a glamourous rockstar, well known for her singing and dancing skills. Rajkummar Rao will be portraying the love interest of Aishwarya in the film. Her character is reportedly kidnapped by Anil Kapoor, who plays a father to a budding singer and wants to make way for her in the music industry. The film also stars Divya Dutta in a pivotal role.
