Toilet : Ek Prem Katha (2017) : A woman threatens to leave her husband unless he installs a toilet in their home. To win back her love and respect, he heads out on a journey to fight against the backward society. Bhumi was portrayed as Jaya, a girl who falls in love with the protagonist and marry him. But, she took a drastic step of leaving him for installing a toilet at home to bring her back. The strong rebel role played by her was accordingly recognized and her acting skills were appreciated, nothing less than Akshay Kumar. Bala : (2019) : It tells the story of a man who is balding prematurely and how he copes up with the situation. Latika, played by Bhumi was a character in the film, who was struggling against the social issue of color biasness in our Country. She carried the on-role character very gracefully and made the film a commercial success.

Saand Ki Aankh (2019) : This is a biopic-drama revolving around two women, both over the age of 60, Chandro Tomar and Prakashi Tomar, who inspired other women in India when they demonstrate their expert sharpshooting skillsThe feisty role of old women played by Bhumi was greatly acknowledged and she even won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress.
