Sony Entertainment Television’s most prestigious singing reality show Indian Idol – Season 13 recently concluded its audition round showcased some of the finest talents gathered from the remotest parts of the country. Making the weekend even more ‘musicana,’ for the viewers, the singing reality show is all set to premiere its ‘theatre musical festival’ in the upcoming weekend. Navdeep Wadali who impressed the trio judges – Himesh Reshammiya, Neha Kakkar and Vishal Dadlani with his ‘kawali’ in the auditions round has another surprise waiting for the viewers in the upcoming weekend.
In the audition round, 20 years old, Navdeep Wadali from Amritsar who belongs to the Wadali brother’s lineage grabbed the judge’s attention through his ‘Kawali.’ It was a visual treat for the viewers when the judges joined him in his ‘kawali’ and sat on the centerstage with him.
In the upcoming weekend with his performance on the song ‘Yaad aaye piya ki,’ he will be seen mesmerizing the judges yet again receiving a standing ovation from them. Extending the legacy of the Wadali Brothers on Indian Idol 13, he ensured that he delivered a jaw-dropping performance. Judge Neha Kakkar will be seen teary-eyed throughout his performance.
Himesh Reshammiya who was very impressed shares, “You are a genuine artist. Aapne Wadali brothers ka naam uncha kar diya hai.”
Navdeep Wadali shares his experience, “Indian Idol was a dream come true moment for me. I never expected to get such reactions from the judges. I always had this dream of taking ahead the legacy of my family and I firmly believe that I have taken the first step. I am really looking to this new journey on Indian Idol 13.”
