Bandkhor

New Poster for ‘Bandkhor’ Grabs Attention!

The new poster for the film Bandkhor, which addresses exactly this subject, has been released and is already stirring interest. It features six women who summon the courage to stand up for themselves, ask questions and rebel against injustice. The poster shows Chhaya Kadam, Priyadarshini Indalkar, Mrunal Kulkarni, Pooja Katurde, Titiksha Tawde and Nityashri Gyanlakshmi, each projecting a distinctive presence. Their confident body language hints at a fierce spirit. Viewers are left curious: what are they rebelling against, where does this boldness come from, and how will their defiance shape the story?

The poster makes clear that Bandkhor is not just a title but an introduction to six strong personalities. These women raise their voices against wrongs, refuse to accept things that go against their conscience, and make decisions about their lives without seeking permission. Their rebellion is part of who they are. By showcasing their unapologetic temperaments and independent outlooks, the poster deepens interest in the film.

Director Mahesh Manjrekar says, “The six women in Bandkhor are not just characters on screen; they represent many women we see around us. They have clarity of purpose. If something feels wrong, they oppose it, and when it comes to choices about their lives, they don’t wait for anyone’s approval. Their fearless attitude, unique personalities and perspective on life make Bandkhor very special to me.”

Produced by Sanjay Shetye and Vinsam Graphic Production and presented by Satyasai Films, the film’s dialogues are written by Iravati Karnik.

The story of these six rebellious ‘Bandkhor’ women will reach audiences on September 24.
