Prime Video announced the global streaming premiere of the Punjabi family comedy, Godday Godday Chaa. Starring Sonam Bajwa, the film is directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, and features Tania, Gitaz Bindrakhia, and Gurjazz in pivotal roles.
Continuing to follow age-old traditions, a distant village of Punjab forbade women to participate in wedding festivities. But things were about to change, when Rani (Sonam Bajwa), a well-educated girl from a very different upbringing comes to the village as a newlywed bride. Through her very loveable, charming and respectful ways, Rani is determined to break-free of the antiquated norms and elevate the stature of women in the village, in this extremely entertaining Punjabi film – Godday Godday Cha.
