It is a well-known fact that #Tollywood star #BellamkondaSreenivas is making his Bollywood debut with the remake of #SSRajamouli ’s superhit film ‘#Chatrapathi’, which originally starred #Prabhas. Director VV Vinayak is directing this remake with the same title and the Hindi version is produced by Dr. Jayantilal Gada (Pen Studios). S.S. Rajamouli’s father Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote the story for the original, has penned the script of the remake as well.
While the film has been carrying great expectations since its inception, Bellamkonda is already a big sensation in the digital world. His film ‘Jaya Janaki Nayaka – Khoonkhar’ has over 630 million (63 Crore) views on Pen Movies’ YouTube channel and is always rated well when it airs on Television.
Digitally 63 crore views in itself is a unique record, and now Bellamkonda’s hit film ‘Rakshasudu’ titled in Hindi as ‘Gumnaam’ is having its world television premiere.
But this psycho thriller is not just a dubbed version, it actually had certain portions shot again to update the story, by director Amit Khan, he even supervised and edited its length to make it even more taut as a full-of-twist thriller. This has helped the pace of the film and given it a great new look while retaining its original story. Also late singer KK’s last 2 Bollywood songs are for this film.
