The hotly anticipated teaser for the romantic comedy-drama “Rajni Ki Baraat” is here, blending heartwarming romance, side-splitting humor, emotional highs, and authentic Indian vibes. Against the lively streets of Darbhanga, Bihar, it spotlights a bold tale of a young woman leading her own wedding procession to claim the love of her life.
Ulka Gupta, celebrated from “Jhansi Ki Rani” and “Kerala Story 2”, embodies the passionate yet vulnerable Rajni. This punchy one-minute clip kicks off with a classic Bihari Launda Naach announcement, rooting the story in local traditions. Rajni’s bold line—”Humko Rajjan se shaadi karni hai”—nails her gutsy essence. For laughs, a voice quips, “Beta, story mein footage khaana band kariye,” instantly dialing up the comedy.
It teases a juicy love triangle as Ishita Singh muses, “Rajjan ji se milkar special toh laga.” Sunita Rajwar steals scenes with her spot-on timing, barking at musicians, “Kya ji, muh kya dekh rahe hain, bajaiye!” Vibrant dances by Zarina Wahab and Sunita Rajwar inject fun, color, and cultural flair.
In 60 seconds flat, the teaser spotlights fiery Rajni, charming Kanishk, over-the-top Sunita Rajwar, and no-nonsense Ashwath Bhatt, pulling viewers into a whirlwind of feelings, gags, and theatrics. Bhatt’s cop cameo drops the cheeky “Love story bahut pyaara hai sir,” layering on more wit.
Perfectly blending Bihar’s cultural heartbeat with small-town feels in a fun, crowd-pleasing package, the teaser positions “Rajni Ki Baraat” as a must-watch family crowd-pleaser.
Starring Ulka Gupta, Kanishk, Ishita Singh, Sunita Rajwar, Zarina Wahab, and Ashwath Bhatt, the film comes from Epiphany Entertainment. Producers Tanaayaa Adarkar Prabhu and Tej H. Adarkar team with director Aditya Aman, and Mohsin Khan as Associate Producer.
