Review : 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple : An exciting zombie movie full of action, blood, and real heart!
Directed by #NiaDaCosta with a smart script, it takes place years after the rage virus spread, where there is no longer just running and screaming like the first film, this one dives into big wild fights and creepy cult scenes that keep you on the edge of your seat from start to end. It dives deep into its story by exploring what keeps humans going after 28 years of zombie chaos not just fights, but big feelings like faith, unlikely friendships, and tough choices between mercy and survival.
#RalphFiennes gives the best performance as Dr. Ian Kelson, a kind doctor who has survived the infected for 28 years by keeping his books medicines and formulas. He also built Bone Temple in memorial of the people. He risks everything to connect with an Alpha infected played by strong newcomer their friendship feels true and touching amid all the horror. The depth comes from Dr. Kelson’s quiet bond with the smart Alpha infected, showing infected as more than monsters, which makes you think about trust and redemption in a hopeless world.
#JackOConnell lights up the screen as Jimmy Crystal, the insane cult leader who believes he is the son of the devil, with a big smile and evil plans; he mixes dark humor and real danger without going over the top. Other actors shine too specially Spike who proves that he can protect himself by killing a Jimmy and he becomes the part of the cult. Jimmy’s cult adds dark layers on blind belief and power hunger, clashing with the temple’s hope to question if humanity can heal or just destroy.
The movie looks quite nice with sharp camera shots that show scary dark hideouts and wide empty lands, plus top makeup that turns infected into nightmare creatures with fresh, gory kills you won’t forget.
28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is an exciting zombie movie full of action, blood, and real heart that makes the rebooted series even better.
