Bollywood Star Voices Which Would be A Perfect Fit For Shephen Curry’s ‘Goat’!
Indian cinema has always celebrated underdog stories, and GOAT carries that same spirit. The film follows a young goat who enters the tough world of professional roarball to prove that greatness is not about size. After a strong global response, it releases in Indian theatres on 20th February in English and Hindi. Backed by Sony Pictures Entertainment and produced by NBA star Stephen Curry, the film blends sports action with emotion.
While we eagerly wait for the release of the film, if Goat was made in India here are the voices that would be a perfect fit.
Will Harris – Ishaan Khatter – Will is a young underdog determined to prove he belongs in the intense world of roarball. Ishaan’s youthful and emotionally expressive voice would perfectly capture his vulnerability and hunger. The natural sincerity and innocence he carries, would make the character relatable.
Jett Fillmore – Shraddha Kapoor – Jett is confident, elite, and commands respect on the field. Shraddha’s clear and graceful tone would make the character feel inspiring rather than intimidating. Her voice carries warmth that could balance strength with emotional depth. She recently charmed audiences as the Hindi voice of Judy Hopps in Zootopia 2, proving she can master the fast paced, high energy delivery required for animated protagonists.
Mane Attraction – Hrithik Roshan – The league’s superstar MVP, Mane Attraction represents dominance and charisma. Hrithik’s deep, controlled voice carries natural authority and star aura. Even without major animation credits, his vocal gravitas suits a powerhouse athlete.
Olivia – Alia Bhatt – Olivia brings emotional grounding and heart to the story. Alia’s expressive delivery would make the character feel layered and genuine. She has lent her voice to animated and children’s projects before, specifically through her storytelling brand Ed-a-Mamma, showing she is comfortable with voice driven performances.
Archie – Vicky Kaushal – Archie is steady, mature, and dependable. Vicky’s calm and sincere tone would give the character quiet strength. His grounded vocal style would translate smoothly into dubbing.
Modo – Varun Sharma – Modo provides comic relief and quirky energy. Varun Sharma has experience in Hindi voice work and dubbing formats, making him technically well suited for animation. Having previously voiced characters in the Hindi dubs of The Angry Birds Movie 2 and Garfield, his natural comic timing would elevate the humour effortlessly.
Lenny – Ranveer Singh – Lenny is stylish, bold, and full of swagger. Ranveer’s high energy personality would amplify that charisma on screen. He famously voiced the Hindi version of Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool 2, proving he can bring animated exaggeration and punch to a character.
Louise – Vidya Balan – Louise represents emotional strength and nurturing warmth. Vidya’s rich and comforting voice would add depth to the role. She has prior voice-over experience, notably voicing Draupadi in the animated film Mahabharat (2013), which adds technical polish to her performance.

His experience in narration, such as in the film Sherdil, adds comfort with dialogue-heavy roles.
Hannah – Sanya Malhotra – Hannah brings lively, supportive energy to the team. Sanya’s fresh and natural tone would keep the character vibrant. Her expressive style would translate well into animated storytelling, a skill she displayed when she voiced ‘Agent M’ in the Hindi version of Men in Black: International.
Frank – Sanjay Mishra – Frank is slightly grumpy but unintentionally funny. Sanjay Mishra has worked in voice over and dubbing across formats, and his textured, distinctive voice would make Frank instantly memorable. His work as the voice of ‘Pumbaa’ in the Hindi version of The Lion King proves he can make eccentric characters iconic.
Propp – Taapsee Pannu – Propp is fierce, competitive, and intense. Taapsee’s sharp and assertive tone would match a strong athletic rival perfectly. While not heavily linked to animation, her controlled delivery would suit a powerful sports character.
